Krithika Shankaran
Non Executive Director
Krithika Shankaran is a Distinguished Institutional Architect, an Author & Systems Leader with expertise in Building Institutions, Public Private Partnerships & Public Policy.
She represented India as a delegate at the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026. For her contributions to Public Service in Institutional Set-up, Education & Human Rights, she received Pride of Bharat – Icon of Uttar Pradesh Award, at Taj Ganges, Varanasi – an Event held in the Prime Minister’s constituency – the divine Kashi and in the honour of PM Modi’s Birthday – Sept 17th in the presence of top leaders in the government, business & society.
Leadership & Governance:
Krithika holds & has held several Leadership positions across domains. She is the Chairperson of ASSOCHAM National Task Force on Affirmative Action & Social Inclusion, a Govt. of India mandated Task Force for Apex Chambers. She is a Non-Executive Director Member of Chapter Zero UK – Climate Governance Initiative of the World Economic Forum & Cambridge University for global leaders advancing Climate Action.
Krithika is a Ministry of Corporate Affairs certified Independent Director.
As a pro bono initiative, she is a Governing Council Member of the Indian Centre for Social Transformation (Indian CST), working with State & National Governments on E-Governance Implementation, Policy Reforms & Digital Transformation.
She is a Strategy Partner at Infinite Sum Modelling (headquartered in the USA with offices globally), an International Public Policy Firm that works with governments, international organizations like the IMF, World Bank, ADB, and corporations such as Google, McKinsey, etc.
Grassroots Leadership:
Krithika is the Chief Patron of GITA-SAR Association (Global Institute of Transformative Action), a Section 8 Company, creating Institutions & Centres for Excellence for integrated local area development in collaboration with national and global partners.
Research & Publication
She has published several Research Papers in top international journals, including PubMed, South Asia Journal etc. and has been acknowledged for her work in Science, the world’s most renowned Journal for science, engineering, and medicine. She has been featured on the Cover Page of the Bombay Stock Exchange Brokers Forum along with her article on ‘India – Way Forward’.
As a Speaker & Panelist
She speaks as a Panelist in National & International Events on Policy, Efficiency & Process Reforms. She speaks as a Panelist at national and international policy forums & roundtables. WASH Policy Event at the India International Centre, New Delhi & UN-ESCAP Event at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. She was invited to a Government of India Roundtable at the Department of Science and Tech to deliver insights on Academia & Industry Collaboration. She also teaches & addresses large groups of students nationwide – university & school primarily in Research & Analysis, Leadership, Communication & Writing. She conducts National Level Faculty Development Programs, the most recent one in collaboration with the National Digital Library of India.
International Representation
Her Flagship Project, Project 4S, has been publicized by the Ministry of External Affairs to over 20 countries abroad. She has represented India as a Delegate in the Euro-BRICS Young Leaders Summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Helsinki, Finland & COP23 Summit by the United Nations in Bonn, Germany. She has the distinction of being recommended by the Chief Minister of Pondicherry to the World Economic Forum (WEF) to bring the Global Shapers of the WEF to Pondicherry.
Administration & Management
Krithika was the Managing Director of Brahma Valley Group of Institutions – Maharashtra (a large chain of Professional Colleges and Public Schools and Institutes). She worked with Genpact Corporate HQ, in Global Operations, as an Assistant Manager and Analyst to the Senior Vice-President & Global Business Leader.
Policy & Advocacy
She worked as a Public Policy Consultant to a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha & National Spokesperson and was involved in Research & Policy Legislation and the MP’s national media presence on NDTV, CNN etc.
She worked with Albright Stonebridge Group (under the leadership of Madeleine Albright, Former US Sec of State), in Trade & Health Policy.
Scientific Research
She has worked as a Research Scholar at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in association with Brigham and Women’s Hospital – Boston, USA. She has also recently launched her book at the Meerut International Literature Festival and won the Literary Lounge Iconic Author Award.
Education
Krithika is a Young India Fellow. She has a Master’s in Technology from SASTRA University, a PGDM in Business and Leadership from Ashoka University, Diploma in Public Policy from Takshashila Institution, B.A in Hindi and M.A (first year) in Sanskrit from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
