Shri B. Rajeshchandar (49) [DIN- 02065422] – has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of Coal India Limited w.e.f. 1st November’ 2021. Shri Rajeshchandar is an Engineering graduate from Sri Jaychamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore. Shri Rajeshchandar has served as Chairman of Coimbatore Tea Traders association during the period 2015 to 2017. He had also served as Managing Partner at Hittakkal Estate Tea Factory from1998 to 2020. He had also held the post of Trustee/Secretary at Isha Foundation during the period 2008 to 2020. He is also professionally involved in tea and coffee planting business.
