Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6-12 of placement, before they are processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at nithin@threepointolabs.com with your order details. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued for canceled orders if the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe.Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require evidence such as photographs to process your refund or replacement. Refunds are not applicable for personalized or customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for canceled orders or returns due to product defects or damages. If a return is required due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Refundable Items
