Krithika Shankaran

Krithika Shankaran is a Young India Fellow, an Educationist, Author, and a Social Scientist with expertise in Institution Building, undertaking projects that bring socioeconomic impact for the people anchoring on culture and identity. She is basically an engineer with research work at Harvard Medical School and MIT, Boston, USA.

She has held several Leadership positions across domains. A Strategy Partner at Infinite Sum Modelling, an International Public Policy Firm that works with governments and international orgs like IMF, World bank, ADB and corporates such as Google. She is Managing Trustee of K-Qbe Foundation that is involved in Institutional Set-up(Self Sustainable Smart Society) in Tier 2,3,4 economies. Krithika has published several Research Papers in top International Journals including PubMed and has been acknowledged for her work. She was the Managing Director of Brahma Valley Group of Institutions (16 colleges and public schools).  She worked as a Consultant with Dr.Rajeev Gowda, Member of Parliament in building the Research Cell of the Indian National Congress(INC). 

Krithika worked with Genpact Corporate HQ, in Global Operations, as an Assistant Manager and Analyst to the Senior Vice-President & Global Business Leader. In her previous assignments she worked with Albright Stonebridge Group, a firm under the leadership of Madeleine Albright, Former US Sec of State. She has represented India as a Delegate in Euro-BRICS Young Leaders Summit in St.Petersburg, Russia and Helsinki, Finland & COP23 Summit by the United Nations in Bonn, Germany. She has the distinction of being recommended by the Chief Minister of Pondicherry to the World Economic Forum to bring the Global Shapers of the WEF to Pondicherry. Krithika, as a Research Scholar, worked withHarvard Medical School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in association with Brigham and Women’s Hospital-Boston, USA. She has also recently Launched her Book in the Meerut International Literature Festival and won the Literary Lounge Iconic Author Award.
